British pop starlet Britney Spears is back in the news once again, and no wonder: in recent years, a string of key musicians that have worked with her have split from their partners.
Then earlier this week, a shocking scenario unfolded: a major player in the fantasy life of a teenage girl confirmed to CNN that the American pop icon is indeed pregnant.
But that’s not all.
For Britney is nothing if not verbose, or at least able to turn a few pithy thoughts into a pack of blog posts.
In a long-form Q&A that she documented on her Facebook, Spears said that she was “so happy” to be a parent.
“I’m a big believer in sibling rivalry and I love just being out there with my kids and having fun,” she wrote, adding that they “laugh so much” and “aren’t very intimidated by each other.”

The songstress also said she was grateful to her past industry collaborators.
“They’re all such different personalities and my children are all over the place so that’s what I’ve always loved about music — if you can bring the people together,” she said.
“From Madonna to Beyonce to Celine Dion and of course myself,” she continued. “I remember at the beginning of my career going up against Aaliyah and Mariah Carey and I just wanted to show that we weren’t scared and we could all go toe-to-toe and then go back down in the charts and be successful.”
